I don't think you guys grabbed the concept that there is no set interest for this loan. You choose it. Want the 10 mil trippeled? That's fine.

If you have the capacity of providing a loan of this scale, we can talk further about my business plan somehow, or in person.

We can set this up in a way that the land is deeded to your name until the loan is paid for.  I'll put my life up for this, please take this thread seriously.

How much do I have to invest to be on bill gate's level. I'm talking a lot of money, I want to be able to pay him to suck my flap.

I can't guarantee a billion dollars with such loan but I perhaps could with 100 million. Not that I'm really interested in a loan that large, for there are much more important investments than lots of money.

Why would you accept such high interest? 3x the principal!, You could do way better than that in the traditional banking system, right?

Loan from person vs Loan from bank

Which one has the "easier to work with" factor? Especially for a loan as large as this.

At least that's my assumption.

I suppose, but with those terms you might as well approach the Mafia for a loan.   Undecided

Homeboy can't even follow through with the terms of a 60 BTC loan, and he now he wants 20% of all the Bitcoins currently in existence.  Fail.

You clearly don't know my situation.

Sure, but I have no problem with a high interest rate for a loan of this scale.  It's win-win and the more that win, the better.

I really don't even care if it's in bitcoins.  But I love bitcoins and think there are some people out here with the ability to make this a reality.  There's really little risk, I'll be spending most of it on 1000 acres of beautiful land.  The land isn't gonna drop in value.

With the outstanding balance of your previous 60 BTC loan still looming overhead and this 'situation' that no one seems to know anything about, yet you use it as an excuse as per your tardiness in payback of the previous loan, I simply can not risk more than 10,000 BTC to invest with you currently.

Where can I send the funds ?

Put down the shovel, your digging yourself to China.. In all "seriousness" if someone wants some prime Kentucky farm land, I can do .000005% interest on amounts over 100k  Wink

Really dude, what the hell, pictures of this beautiful non depreciating land would help.... not really but at least you can show your not completely full of shit. Most farm land in the Bluegrass is protected so that you can not develop it, you have yet to list anything about the land except it is beautiful. My ex girlfriend's family owns a 1500 acre horse farm and turned down a 22 million dollar offer. Do you have any money to put towards this, having 0% on it is pathetic. Now say you had 250k and didn't have a situation that prevents you from paying loans back(don't we all wish) this might be a different thread, but alas you don't and that is why it is the biggest joke of the month. Why would anyone lend YOU money to buy THEM land. You've already fucked up if you hope for anyone serious about this.

The land isn't gonna drop in value.

But it could be confiscated if you're doing anything illegal on it.  Can you tell us how this land will earn you so much money?
