I'm able to offer anonymous VPN and VPS services on dedicated servers in Panama, depending on interest level. Can offer a 99.5% uptime guarantee, high speeds (high enough to watch 1080p video).
Rules would be:
- No illegal material in Panama (child pornography, drug selling)
- Some level of bandwidth cap because it's expensive there
Who would be interested in such a service?
Edit: Could also offer SSH shells for IRC users or small bots.
I'd estimate:
- Panama VPS would start at 4 BTC/month
- Panama VPN would start at 2 BTC/month
- Panama SSH Shell would start at 1 BTC/month
