Well I would set up a pool but:

make: *** No rule to make target 'obj/net.o', needed by 'MetalCoind'.  Stop.
make: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs....

I compiled it on ubuntu 14.04 with no error

EDIT: ups, found the issue will update github in few minutes(net.cpp was missing)

EDIT2: source updated with missing file you can compile now Smiley
