I'm afraid you won't receive a lot of response to this.

Reason: paypal payments can be charged back (or disputed, or whatever bullshit terms paypal uses for their fraudulent crap). Bitcoin payments cannot. Hence there's no way for a bitcoin-seller to make sure he's not getting ripped off.

Just get your cash out of paypal ASAP (something I would recommend anyway), and buy bitcoins through one of the many Bitcoin exchanges.

In theory, there's no difference between theory and practice. In practice, there is.
