No, sending to user accounts on BitCasino.io is a much better idea to prevent abuse, pretty much mostly from your customers.

I would hold the btc until BitCasino.io has successfully paid users then I would resend the amount.

Guys, don't worry about not being paid. We are one of the biggest bitcoin casinos so far. However if we will see abuse of this promotion, we have a right to stop getting new members in (of course existing users will be paid fully).

Seems like they won't be using an escrow. I would take their and everyone's word for it. Most members are honest (those who have joined so far at least are)
