So I cant withdraw my funds or reset password or anything.

Are you using the same number you used to sign up? Have you entered it correctly? Did you associate an email with your account?

Why we can just sign up to BIT-X with a mobile phone number? Why you don't accept email accounts?

Is for something special or what?
I want to know if the exchange respects privacy and how they do it (This is not a criticism!)

Next month a fixed flat withdrawal fee will be brought into operation.

For this month think of the fee as 1 or 2 posts that weren't counted (everyone has at least a couple posts that shouldn't have counted, if you think you were perfect let me know and I'll check!).

Yes the number is the same(but when I signed up 1 month ago the SMS was sent only if I omitted a 9 from my number, and now it says the number is invalid)

And there is no email associated with account, as far I can remember

That's good to hear! I have had issues receiving SMS from beginning and I always have to use the "Call Me Now" option.

I use Google Authenticator for all other sites and would love to use it with Bit-X too.

My withdraw went very good and pretty fast.
Pending ... hm... how many confirmations are needed in the place you send the coins? In the last 60 min there were 2 blocks found. Maybe you need more than that.
Keep your eyes on a block explorer and check after the next block(s) are found.

TL;DR: you need more patience.

Its not a blockchain confirmation issue. His withdrawal from Bit-X is pending confirmation from site admin.

My withdrawal request is also pending for more than an hour. I guess they process withdrawals manually, so it can take some time. But it will get done eventually. I'm waiting.

I know, but you have to understand that if I have to log-in with my phone number to the exchange, on your database there are lots of mobile phones listed, so where is our own privacy?
If I'm part of the campaign > I receive payments on BIT-X > and then I send it back to my wallet. The "output" address is from the exchange. The exchange in which my "nickname" is my phone number (?)
