And will this  program also payout the users automatically? Or will you send the payouts manually?

Excluded posts are found by the bot. You will be paid according to this data (it may change come payment time of course). I will have to check about payments as of now, they will be made automatically to the addresses given.

You should also exclude posts that have like less than 15 words in it and exclusion should be more strict.

That is amazing! Are you running a cron checking the post numbers from profiles every minute to do this? I have developed a program allowing you to scrape some data from bitcointalk user profiles which I assume works the same way as your system.

I had the same problem yesterday. The search function doesn't seem to work.

It only works with your UID.
