I am in this campaign since Feb and I barely manage to make 50 posts or even 20 sometimes. I would barely be earning 0.035 so if I deserve to be paid at the earlier rate, I also want to ask Marco the same. Earning 0.105 (150 posts) is out of question for me.

Eh, on and off in this campaign since March and I haven't seen that kind of 'agreement' or being included in this campaign for 'too long' but undoubtedly still one of the best campaigns around..

Kind of curious as to how bit-x handles USD withdrawals at this point.  I'm also interested in trying out my bit-x travel card and just wondering of USD purchases are simply deducted from ones bit-x USD balance and if so what kind of fee's are associated with use?

When a transaction is made, funds are deducted from a wallet (which you can choose in advance).
