I used Bitpanda since 2015, when it was called "Coinimal"  . Well, i think this is a good place where buy Bitcoin and pay trought Neteller. Also, where available, using sofortbanking (that permit to pay trougth instant Bank Trasfer) is really a good opportunity. |

hello!
I used bitpanda the last week and it worked pretty fine, in less than 30 minutes i had the money in my skrill wallet.
The last monday i sold a good quanty of mbtc and today i have not received the money in my skrill wallet yet. I wanted to use bitpanda becouse of the fast proccessing they have in the orders and this time i am waiting for 2 days.
24 hours since yesterday without answering my ticket. The last notice i have is that my case has been delivered to the orders departament.

hi, i used your service for 2 cashouts to 2 different bank accounts, first was to payoneer account and they said that they returned payment back on 1st of june, cause they dont support bitcoin payment services, but there no returned payment on my account
here order id 466497376972499081
second payment was to my local bank and it was send 31st may and in that time bank close my account and i just called them and they said that didnt get anu payment too.
here order id 416434335257042093
So i made 2 cashouts and both failed and nothing is returned to me! wif bitpanda?

Why did you shut down several payment options and never mentioned it ?
First you startet stopping withdrawals via Paypal, now its not neven possible to get withdrawals via Neteller, and even for Skrill I now have to process the full verification first ? But beside this new "accomplishments", why do you not even mention this anywhere ?

I remember to see Amazon.de code for selling bitcoin, I wonder if you're planning to add other as well (amazon.es .it .fr.uk). One member is mentionning payoneer, wich i could be interesed in, but don"t see it on the sell page option ( https://www.bitpanda.com/trades/sell) Or the guy is using the sepa method and giving payoneer IBAN (if i remember payoneer users can hava their own iban upon request) edit: i see now he says they returned payment back cause they dont support bitcoin payment services  |

I also tried it ... and it worked nice ... if you need Bitcoins fast it's a nice option ... I would like to have another option added: it would be great if you could also pay with American Express (not only with VISA and Mastercard), if that is possible. Also if you could increase the amount for paying with creditcard a little bit (maybe after you saw that the customer is paying every time without making you problems). |

Something awkward is going here. I joined BitPanda because all the good reviews Ive read about.
However. I bought some ETH i would like to move to MEW in order to participate in ICO.
Everytime I try to do so platform suggests: This wallet transaction requires a confirmation via email! Please check your inbox.
Which I do! I even check spam box just in case but no mail to confirm my withdrawal. After several attempts and receiving even more odd messages on platform I just bursted. Sorry lads for calling you bad names but I dont think its right.
I dont know what issues you facing. I payed my fees and have no intention to sit desperatly because your awkward lying platform woyuldnt allow me to move my Ether.

Hello Zirnitra, please read the warnings before sending something out. You should never send coins to an ICO directly from an address that isn't yours. Either it would be blocked by the ICO or you could not receive the token. Please also note that we have thousands of eth withdraws alone each day so when you do not receive an email then it is because of your email provider most probably.
