I would be more than happy to sell you ripple coins at a (marked up) rate of 7,500 XRP (Ripple) per 1  BTC (This rate is subject to modification if the rate changes substantially to your favor - eg. ripple rate increases per BTC)

I wouldn't want to accept Paypal because its too risky.

You can convert your Paypal funds first to BTC and then we can perform this transaction.

You can withdraw your paypal funds to your bank account and then buy bitcoins via coinbase.

one does not simply walk into mordor and buy ripple
Grin I will quote this on occasion.

 Grin As will I.

Forgive my petulance and oft-times, I fear, ill-founded criticisms, and forgive me that I have, by this time, made your eyes and head ache with my long letter. But I cannot forgo hastily the pleasure and pride of thus conversing with you.

Sublime is excellent on crytpo, PayPal, green dot, etc. I've traded with him many times using many methods of payments. Highly recommend.
