Hello, i've made two deposits with about half an hour before end-time, i hope you could refund it in a few hours, even though i was hoping you would start the project as is, knowing that most of us are not willing to dump, looking for functions that would put similar platforms to shame.
Sent them from exchanges so it's a little more complicated to post id's though one was about 0.47 and the other about 0.18.

Anyone investing in this is a noob and a retard, they have been buying into their own ico and good talking this thread with secondary accounts. it also smelled fishy for me. i asked dev many questions about sendchat and sendcoin but never a reply. it looks so promising and i still believe the project can succeed when made right. if ico funds are necessary why not make ico new and better. i read also this chatlog now and also have look on ICG. in true it is neutraltc brought a dev for icg then this dev abandoned work make own coin and what i read refund went from neutraltc to another new dev and then thus dev again promising development in one week but never happen and then neutraltc left icg and it died and neutral also make own coin. so i think its not neutraltc fault. this is only proof from chatlog because ICG thread. all other with pump-dump talk can easily fake and no proof exist. i think this FUD come from enemies of neutraltc and maybe icg.... DEV please give information about future of project. will you make it? |

yeah, im surprised rly. I was sure that devs will throw in their own BTCs to meet the 350 BTC success, but seems like they don't have that much in their pockets, hmm, shit happens I guess. |

All funds are being moved from the multi-sig wallet to the BlockTrust hot-wallet. Reason for this is to speed up transactions as we need to manually refund close to ~280 addresses. A spreadsheet will be shared soon where you can track all the funds & their refund addresses & their progress. The refund is starting a bit later as we manually check all the 280 transactions to see if the refund addresses checkout. All funds are still to be delivered within the stated 72 hour period. Our apologies that it cannot be done faster at the moment, there have been slight delays with coinkite transfers as the UTXO is quite large due to a lot of small transactions but we will be fully refunding within the stated 72 hour window which has 36 hours remaining. Thank you for your patience |
