It brought me greater appreciation for the value of a close-knit community.

I started a YouTube channel to earn $500/month because I felt guilty for wasting my savings on LTC Cheesy

And does it earn you that income now? How exactly is your revenue generated.
I am interested in starting a channel for something else as well.

I got into Darkcoin back in April IIRC. Sold enough around 0.02 to pay for my rigs + electricity, recoup my fiat investment in DRK, buy a new car, new laptop, few other toys, etc.

Now I run 5 Masternodes with the remainder which at current prices earn me about $240/month for $25/month in server fees.

And I learned more than I ever wanted to know about the unrelenting stupidity of humanity. And I wasn't exactly naive to begin with...

It desensitized me to volatility in stocks (a small fraction of BTC volatility, let alone altcoin volatility). This allowed me to go and invest most of net worth in emerging market stocks. Should work out nicely in 2 - 4 decades.

I contributed to a decentralized community ownership of a Bugatti, Lamborghini and a Tesla but strangely the people with the keys do not allow me or anyone else to drive it.   Undecided

Not sure what you were expecting but the genuine number of rich is still small.  Maybe this could change when this becomes a $100 billion or $1 trillion industry.  Right now this is like Pokemon Cards or Beanie Babies.  Even if you have unrealized net gains it could all come crashing down to $0 if we go from bear to collapse.

I know, I was joking.
The difference is that I left my job to work for myself.
I invest all my time in cryptos.

I wasted a lot of time trying to get fiat money into and out of crypto through banks. I discovered it's a nightmare and read a mountain of horror stories from others attempting the same.

Reading takes a lot of time, dumping&pumping thing is exhausting business, mining is not profitable anymore. I think it's better to buy and stay long with BTC and other promising altcoins...
