Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

Does mine bother you?  Just curious, I won't take offense.  But I don't want a bunch of people annoyed at me because I am too blatant/bold in the advertisement of my website.  I could make it smaller, make the colors duller, or just convert it to straight up text.

It's not animooted.... I agree though, animated images annoy me, especially in forum signatures.  I don't mind static images at all though, but that's just my personal taste.

go to profile -> look and layout preferences
Don't show users' signatures.
You can't build a reputation on what you are going to do.
