Hey guys I am looking into creating a coin, but I am looking for a couple developers to help out! I am really excited and I pretty much have everything set up to go except the coin! I have logo, pool devs, pictures, miners, financial backup, background backup, and servers to host nodes.

PM me if you are interested or leave a comment below! I have a IRC channel also! Freenode: #CBTC

The coin might have a custom algorithm, i dont know yet. I wanna talk specs and map out the coin before we start building. I want to do it right and legit. I think I will implement this coin into my non-profit organization also.

If you are interested please come and help! No we will not pay, but you could make profit off the coin by investing or mining!  Smiley We will also have bounties most likely Smiley

You are going to have to pay people if you want help, you won't get much help otherwise.

Is that what the world has come down too?

It's what the world has always been about, what is the incentive to do work on your Coin if you could already do it all yourself and get paid better elsewhere?

The developers will get their share of pay, but I don't want the developers to dump lol.... I want the coin to last and actually go somewhere in this world.

that implies a dev is willing to work for premine of a coin that they could just make and keep all of. :/

I don't know if I will make my coin mineable, but if i hold 1% of my coin, that money will be used all for bounties. I will also setup a whole document that will be viewable so people can see were the money goes. (Blockchain links will be in the document.)

And what are you going to do once that 1% is used up? Nodes and websites cost money to host and upgrade, and ALOT of time.

Well I will use the 1% wisely for sure, but if it gets used up, then I will just have to pay out of my pocket then.... Getting started is the hardest part...

I think you should work with an existing Coin, maybe BlackCoin or ReddCoin? You should get to know the Blockchain and develop your plan a little more otherwise you might also end up using a lot of your own money with it if there is some big security hole and suddenly you can't access your Coins.

The problem is that many of us have heard claims like yours before. Have this great idea but need someone with the skills to back it up. The person making claims like that usually has no real idea how much work is actually needed to implement those ideas.

I dont mean to have a dig at you OP but most competent dev's are going to want payment in btc and depending on the job you maybe required to fund it out of your own pocket before the coin even launches.

I really like the feedback, thank you. People can say what they want, I have proven a lot of people in the past wrong and hopefully with my future coin I plan to develop, I can prove some people wrong. Please if you have doubt in me, please tell me why so I cannot make this mistake! I want the feedback! I want you to tell me I cannot develop a successful coin, but please leave a reason.

Anyways, if anyone is looking to join a serious development team, join us! We are going to go strong and show this world a thing or two! We are going to show them and soar! Literally soar!!!!!!!!!!! Shoot me a PM if you are interested!

It will be very, very difficult to make new crypto coin effective. Look what is going in the crypto market. Average Joe was working in a factory, then he makes his own "Joecoin" and thinks all is ok. Better think on something different Grin
