We process bets instantly as soon as they are received. We gain no advantage for holding bets because all bets are confirmed at the best available odds at the time of receiving anyhow, which reflects what is happening in the game, so if a goal was scored before your bet transfer arrived and it went against your favor, your bet will confirm at higher odds for a greater payout to reflect that.

If your bet did not confirm for 15 minutes as you claim, kindly send us the bet ID, we can easily verify that in the blockchain, and if there was an error on our end we will compensate you.
