1) Yes, you can.

2) No, you can only receive transfers. You can use for example the card at ATM to cash out.

Taken from other thread:

I've visited the bank to deal with Aesty's case on his behalf.

I successfully requested for withdrawal of all funds. Unfortunately it takes ~20 days before they give the money back. It's their standard security measurement.

Another good news for Aesty is that I didn't want him to expose to wait for such period of time. I care about my customers and I decided to return his deposit with own money - I'll later get it back from the bank when they will complete this case.

Sorry but it doesn't work backwards, I can take care only for cards that have been bought from me.

I'd prefer to wait until Aesty's case is completed by bank. If the bank will do everything as they promised maybe I will offer the service for everyone.

I think I will have VCCs next week available.

Several methods of loading the cards:

- bank wire/transfer (SEPA/SWIFT)
- Western Union (depends on your country)
- e-wallets: Skrill, Paypal and other similar online payment services that allow bank withdrawals (ask first for instructions)
- Bitcoin exchanges (ask first for instructions)
- any other methods that involve transferring money into bank account

Also, if you need to load the card anonymously with Bitcoins I offer the service too.
The fee:
6% + 5$ / per IBAN account.

You can obviously load the card by yourself for free.
