Several methods of loading the cards:

- bank wire/transfer (SEPA/SWIFT)
- Western Union (depends on your country)
- e-wallets: Skrill, Paypal and other similar online payment services that allow bank withdrawals (ask first for instructions)
- Bitcoin exchanges (ask first for instructions)
- any other methods that involve transferring money into bank account

From card to card is not possible. At least not directly.

It's exactly opposite. mBank cards are being blocked easily outside of Poland, while BZWBK are not. I've sold many of them, only had 1 case of card block, but I think it was a scam of a buyer. I recovered his loss, wanted to get it back from bank but as soon as he received his money he disappeared, he didn't send me his card, I couldn't retrieve the money.
