Yes I give it and it works, but I don't recommend loading via foreign bank wires. It involves a risk of blocking the card, recently it became a high risk.

Generally Polish bank wires are safe, example: withdrawal from Polish e-wallets, exchange with Polish localbitcoins trader, or simply use my service. I load directly from Polish bank account which is the most safe method.

You can't choose own number.

It looks like normal SIM card, Mini SIM is included so it should fit most of the phones.

- avoid bank wires from non-Polish bank accounts, it involves a great risk currently. I offer my loading service as a solution.
- don't register them, it's not a good idea anymore. If the worst happens you won't be able to unblock registered card under fake data.
- this is the very last batch unless something changes in new year, but I seriously doubt it.
- Paypal has banned many prepaid cards, including those, so verification by bank account works only.
