There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

;( I think they don't like me. They used to be sent immediately but because I do so many to so many different email addresses now I think they get flagged to get manually released and 4 hours seems to be the norm. Sorry!

I guess you get lots of PMs, it would be quicker just posting it there.

Actually (this is for others reading this) you're most likely to get ahold of me most quickly by emailing jeremyATspendbitcoins.com as that is the "private messages" I check most often. Smiley

Purchased Amazon credit today, took about 18 hours for it to be all said and done from the time I initiated the transfer. I plan to continue using this service.

That's no good! It's supposed to be done within 12 hours. Sad Sorry for the wait!

It's alright, I was asleep for 7 of them so then using that math 11 waking hours Cheesy

Hi anyone reading this.

I apologize. I have a lot of emails in my inbox and a lot of overdue orders so I thought I'd leave a quick note here in case anyone who has emailed me sees this before getting a response from me.

I worked halfway through the night catching up on some orders that were missed due to a glitch in our system that is fixed now but left many orders showing unconfirmed in our system when in reality they were confirmed.

Missed my alarm before a flight from Seattle to Boston, and just barely made it on time to get on the flight. Had been planning to work at the airport while waiting for the flight but clearly that didn't happen.

At any rate, I now have wifi on the plane and hope to catch up during the flight.

Also, please do not PM me on the forums. Instead, email jeremyATspendbitcoins.com as not only will I be more likely to see your email sooner, but I can also have my CTO (my brother) handle any emails that he can if I am unable to if they go there but he does not login to my account here.

Thanks for your patience everyone! Everything should be caught up very soon.

Hi bal3wolf and everyone,

After much testing I believe that problem is resolved. However, after arriving at my hotel at 2am after a full day of flying I have found that Amazon still has my account temporarily suspended while I ensure they know who I am.

I am unable to put orders through right now because I cannot keep my eyes open.

Please forgive me those of you who are waiting. I will throw in a bit extra as a token of apology when I complete your orders tomorrow.

Thanks again for your patience!

You're probably going to hold the world record for Amazon temp suspensions unless they decide to permaban or permawhitehat you. Maybe if you wired Amazon $10,000 USD periodically to fund the gift cards from, they'd cut this BS out and you wouldn't need to send any more apology credits.

Let us know if you need letters of recommendation to send to Amazon.

Saying that you don't trust someone because of their behavior is completely valid.

In mountains of Maine on one week vacation.
Was told villas had wifi.
It was a lie.

Drove around for hours,
Found crappy access.
Typing this up. Battery about to die.
12:39 am now.

Sent email to CTO.
As soon as he gets it site will be down for a week.
I will find some kind of access,
And deal with all pending orders ASAP.

Will not be doing any manual orders etc. during next 7 days.
See you next week!
So sorry for the outage. ;(

Wow. My CTO (my brother Jay) has stepped up to the challenge and will be handling all orders this week. Use normal email addresses etc as he has access to everything. Please be gentle with him as he is still new to order fulfmillment. His job is generally design/coding.

Glad we can stay up for everyone. Hope everything goes smoothly. I will deal with any problems Jay can't when I get back next week. If he has any trouble at all fulfilling your order feel free to ask him for a bitcoin refund instead.

Happy spending!
Jeremy
