Giga, what do you plan to do about trade in?  I guess it's only $60,000 extra in about 6 months.

I'm guessing if anyone would know more details about how the trade in program will actually work, he would be the one. Aka what would could you trade 4 MR in for, and how much extra would you have to spend?

You would trade 4 MR for 8  4 SC rigs + $60k.

EDIT: Sorry, coffee time.

As far as I know Giga bought four minirigs more. That means it's 16 SC rigs + $120k.

16TH which is more than current network hashrate. No wonder he reserved teraminig at glbse.

8TH... That's about 2/3 of the total network speed today!

Did I read correctly that the Mini Rigs Require a 208v circuit and not a 110v?

I'm sure that is just to be more efficient, not a requirement.

He cancelled the additional 4.

Well I can only guess that BFL is busy because I have sent them numerous emails and left a couple of voice mails to discuss buying a mini rig or two and I have not gotten a response back as of yet

It's a strange consumer experience to tell a company that you have a pile of cash you want to send them and get no response.
