Site is down now ??
What a h....!!
Site is not down just an array of US isp being blocked at the moment if you want on to site use a proxy

It seems now site is down for all countries.

"Our service was under the most severe attack ever. Due to most specialists' holidays we've decided for a reliable safety of users' funds to suspend site's work until the first Monday of 2015 (5th of January). Everybody will return to standard work then and we'll continue our work in a usual way. Please be calm. Thank you for understanding.

To keep contact with our users and to separate priority mail from spam, we've developed mail accepting via BTC payments. For guaranteed processing of your message you'll have to pay small amount through an interface below.

We've successfully deflected serious threats and attacks on our service earlier and we're sure that together we can do this even in a situation this hard."

Dear folks, the bespoken "January 5" message is the only thing I can see now, with the nice option to pay BTC 0.03 in order to send a message...

I see only 2 possibilities here,
a) Hackers have gained control of the HP domain and laugh at us, or
b) HP is laughing at us.

The initiator of this thread, Coinmaster222, started this "official" thread on December 10 with HashP's "approval" and some gambling ad in his signature.

I have kept several screenshots of the HP portal including the last scamlike announcement.

As investors of HP, let's keep united and see what can be done.

Some informative and optimistic links:

Nothing really, except that they appear to be based in Russia, mentioning an owned mining farm located in northern Russia, and with a physical address in Cyprus. I am currently investigating what I can find.

This is looking to be one big scam. Very weird that the site just happened to be taken down at around the same time as their "Smartmining" kh/s were sold out. (was supposed to be yesterday but somehow they magically added 50 000 kh/s more) Get em while their hot cause tomorrow is too late...

Look, some time ago it was possible to activate account by phone.
So those people who did it could know their phone number. Of course this number could be inactive now but who knows.

They were one of the main sponsors of the Bitcoin conference in Russia.
Maybe we can find information on the people behind Hashprofit thru them?

Also able to reach the conference coordinator of Russian Bitcoin conference, and here is her answer seems like there is a mobile phone, I am sure this mobile phone registered for someone at Russia

thanks for your interest in our conference
yes, Hashprofit was the sponsor of our conference. at the place there were some representatives that were engineering all that mining machine.
But the CEO or some other top managers were absent
yes, we had a mobile conversation with Hashprofit earlier, but I cannot give you their mobile number just because of privacy policy.
If you have any other questions- please ask me

Have a good day

Stay in touch,
Natalie Gavrilenko
Conference Coordinator

And the next mail come from her,

no, at the conference there were only their machines
there no representatives at HashProfit exhibition stand
Their engineers just make the machines on and left and after conference they took it back

Seems like that company hiding behind shadows, but they can't sponsor a conference without evidence right? Please expand that search and let see who is behind that shit

It's easy to register a company and offices in Cyprus, as it is in Panama and Delaware USA among other places. But I believe that there will be traceable info for us to follow. Also wallet addresses should be traceable.

Their counter was at 229000 users.
