Word to the wise avoid all these new cloud mining sites that keep popping up. Unless they come from a reputable company or have hardcore proof that they are mining and will be legit. Way too easy to make a scam cloud mining site then go under with everyones investments

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

Wouldn't client's funds be safest if you just paid them out to client's wallets?

pure bullshit

10 dollars to send a message to prevent "spam" . 1 dollar would prevent spam, 10 dollars is the amount scamming fucktards would charge its fucking retarded.

It is the dev's that are dumping 100,000's of coins on c-cex and allcrypt , it is far too many coins for it to be anyone else . no one is working on the problem because they are too busy trying to dump coins on the market.

7 more days to solve these ddos problems? who the fuck is your security expert Mark karpeles?

We all need to work together to catch the people behind the Hashprofit scam before it is too late.
Does anyone have any contacts within the russian police?
Maybe we should start some separate thread for this? It's very important that we work together to get them ASAP.

But they have stil stated that they will resume work at Jan 5th. So IF its still legit it means site is closed due to the DDOS/hacking incident which I DO want to belive in. If they however are partying on that Hawaiian island we must send Spetsnaz on them Wink

So, they have until Jan 5th to make an announcement on how it goes. And if we dont see any signs after a few days from that date we can kiss our BTCs goodbye. Sad

Isn't Bitcoin and all other devirates illegal in Russia? (I think i have read something in the past...)
[And maybe couldn't this be the Point why it was attacked (If the beeing attacked secenario is true)?]

"Before it's too late"

We can get these guys even if it is 10 years from now.
It will never be too late.

We will take their home, their car - everything they own. That's a promise!

Not very plausible that they will come back. It is surely just a smokescreen for them to have time to escape with the money.
We need to start tracking them down ASAP. Maybe someone already has?
This cannot go unpunished.

This is the script for their "message us for 10 dollars" form
As far as i can tell it doesn't even send a mail. It just waits for confirmation of payment and displays a "Message sent" message.
Am I right?

<form method="post" id="msg_form" role="form" style="display:none;" onsubmit="pay_and_submit(); return false;">
    <h2>Send message</h2>

I don't want protect hashprofit. We will see later.

About submit form:

Here are data submited:
Code:
  $.post(
            '/en/msg/',
            {
                name: $('#name').val(),
                email: $('#email').val(),
                message: $('#message').val()
            },

here are callback function after form submit, where is know payment address generated from their server after submit(so this part of code is executed after form submit from command ^^):
Code:
function(data) {
                if (data.error) {
                    SubmitLock = 0;
                    $('#'+data.error+'_error').html(data.error_msg).show();
                    return false;
                }
                $('#msg_form').html(data.html);

                var root = 'https://blockchain.info/';
                function checkBalance() {
                    $.ajax({
                        type: 'GET',
                        url: root + 'q/getreceivedbyaddress/' + data.input_address,
                        data : {format : 'plain'},
                        success: function(response) {
                            if ( ! response) return;
                            var value = parseInt(response);
                            if (value > 0) {
                                $('#msg_form').remove();
                                $('#send_succes').show();
                            } else {
                                setTimeout(checkBalance, 5000);
                            }
                        }
                    });

Anyone here now have unspendable's from Hashprofit?

I have one amount.

What's the go?

The unspendable amount came from Hashprofit, BUT, it had something like 627 confirmations, too.

 Huh

I have around 0.1 bitcoins from HashProfit that is unspendable.. Quite annyoing, the transactions are however confirmed. Anyone know how this can occur?

You could try to Import your privateKey to blockchain.info wallet - there i'm able to send from unconfirmed Balance.

today 1 PFC = 0.0001 BTC, if they come back with this change, they are dead. If the PFC does not come back to 0.003 BTC, hashprofit is dead ... scam or not.

Nothing Easyer than this: they just have to edit their Exchange rate to 1. PFC = 0.1 kHash (or something like this)
