looks really great. I believe that KTK has the potential to repeat the road of OPAL.

Even though I was too sleepy, I couldn't wait to read KTK future plans here. I'll post my opinion tomorrow.

Moving Forward
I have 2 options with regards to further development, adding new coins and Kryptly owned products:
1.) Using an asset exchange to offer an IPO/ITO to help fund further development, marketing and Kryptly owned products by hiring help to create the products. Plus the costs for hosting for any coins that need an API, in which case we setup a online wallet/API to allow Kryptly integration.
2.) Or offering a voting system to allow altcoins to make donations (in their own currency) to get their coin added as a payment option. Part of donations would cover hosting for online wallet/API.
I'd like KTK holders and anyone else to give their input before making a final decision. The ITO option is currently my preferred choice to speed up development and hiring would be a big help moving the service forward.
I vote to the first choice. It would be a good improvement to have a bigger dev team, so KTK and Kryptly could develop faster.

In the event of an ITO, an asset would be setup and 39.6% profit share offered. It also allows for easy pay of dividends and also trading of the asset. Plus Kryptly/share holders decide which coins get added. If coins do not already have an API available, a online wallet can be setup that includes an API to integrate with Kryptly.
I would say why not running both option 1 and 2 at the same time? they seem to be orthogonal issues, as long as I can get what you mean with option 1 from the details you provided. the goal is to be more flexible in terms of accepted donations than www.coinpayments.net/ and I believe option 2 fits that perfectly. On the other hand, we need a quality marketing for KTK for yesterday, if we don't want all your development efforts to go in vane. That is why we need to have a solid amount of funds to get quality marketing. And that is option 1.

Yes, I see validity in both 1 and 2. Maybe kick it off with 1 and once better established, then go to 2? Either way I think more devs working on this might become advantageous in the long run. I know it is a shit ton of work so having additional help could improve/quicken updates, etc.

The reason I had one or the other, and not both. I would prefer us (that being profit share holders) the decision on which new coins are added. Instead of a public vote system which means we give up that decision making. So option 1, we can hire help and progress much quicker with development and just add new coins we privately vote on.
I'm leaning towards using the NXT asset exchange, but does anyone have other suggestions?
The Kryptly owned wordpress theme will be going live Sunday 14th.

The asset will fund ongoing Kryptly updates, by hiring help can speed up the development. A breakdown of how funds will be spent: - 15% on promotion and marketing. - 25% on creating new Kryptly owned products to sell on the marketplace. - 60% on development, new features, android app version, adding new coin payment options and hosting an api if required (asset holders will be able to vote which coins are added).

How the NXT asset exchange works? It's probably better if you haven't already, download the NXT wallet ( http://nxt.org/). And then view the asset that way using the ID. I find it better than using secureae.com The asset of 500k tokens/colored coins/whatever you want to call them! are on the NXT network, they can be traded (buy/sell) on the Asset Exchange. As the asset issuer I can see which NXT addresses hold the asset and the % they own. So once Kryptly is generating revenue, I can pay to those NXT addresses their % share. Anyone who purchased the asset, will receive profit share on Kryptly revenue, just like KTK holders. But instead of registering your addresses (like any KTK holder will have to do), as the asset issuer I get the info required, so makes it easy to pay the % on revenue. And actually when calculating on the KTK price, a KTK holder currently will receive a slightly higher % profit share! But as there are only 3 NXT addresses who purchased the asset so far, once Kryptly is earning revenue I'm going to split the 39.6% to those addresses. Just my way of saying thank you to them for purchasing and showing support. Following on from my previous post, in regards to the profit share % and how that compares between holding KTK and holding the NXT asset.
The important thing for me right now is getting the credit card payments integrated. As I see that as probably the quickest way for Kryptly to start generating some revenue. At least until the service becomes more popular and then see more authors who accept not just fiat but also BTC/KTK and any other coin payments.
So early next week, I'll be testing the Stripe payments, and then soon after the holidays integrate into the live site. Once that's done will finish up the Dogecoin code.
With the credit card payments, I can start sending some emails out to my customer list. And expect some sales to start coming in, and possible some new authors too, as I know some sell their own products.
The comparison between KTK and the NXT asset, the current price of KTK means holders will receive slightly higher % of profit share, due to the fact the NXT asset has a set price. So after I start promoting to my list, get some sales in and can send out the revenue share, I hope it has a positive effect on the KTK price to help level out the price/% profit share between the NXT asset. And then see movement on the NXT asset, because the 3 asset holders right now, will receive a much larger % compared to even the biggest KTK holders!

Couple of updates...
I've made some changes to the Kryptly asset. Instead of the total 500,000 @ 4 NXT, but it's been split as follows:
50,000 @ 1 NXT 100,000 @ 2 NXT 150,000 @ 3 NXT 200,000 @ 4 NXT
The addresses who previously purchased I've now transferred the equivalent of buying @ 1 NXT.
=====
- The credit card payments will be live in 5-7 days, so around 5th-7th Jan. - Authors will be able to set their own affiliate commission per product (will be added same time as CC payments).

Soo if I got this right: my shares will not be generating revenue if I don't have 30k? So that means my shares are kinda worthless unless Kryptly will develop into something that will keep the price of shares rising?

I think it will be sorted out once everything is in place. There are a lot of things going on right now with Dev. He is actively building a lot of things right now and once they are all in place then things will pick up. Patience is key.
