It is theoretically, should not be of that much difference. But it is all dependent on chance. So it is possible.
Ideally, you should have approx. same number of wins and losses. With losses a little higher than the number of wins.

My strategy is very simple: Only play on a site I trust most, and only play a few big bets but not numerous small bets.

Few bets with decent odds. Only way to make more likely defeat the house edge.

Also when I'm bored I go to faucet and try the max payout, but I never managed to win the big prize(and also couldn't tell I really tried it hard)

Not really, once you profit with martingale, you may get greedy and start to up your base bet. Resulting in you losing more.

Some of them have faucet you can claim every several minutes, another make giveaways on bitcointalk.
They give small amount of BTC to start game, it is enough for me.
