I placed an order for 2 SC Singles (upgrade).  My order number is 1801, but it's meaningless since it's a bankwire transfer and I'll have to wait for them to send me wiring instructions, and then arrange for the transfer and wait for it to be processed and confirmed.

Can anyone confirm that the pre-orders will be shipped in order according to who paid first, and not simply who ordered first?

It said so on the order page.

The test orders that Steve and I put through to their database entries were 1650-1655.

So 1656 and 1657 are the lowest order numbers after the page was made public.

Nice to have confirmation that I was the first person to order an SC.  I'll be interested to see if I'm actually the first to receive one.

Man, I'm pissed.  Just because I don't have time to sit at the computer all day, I don't see when the preorder is made live?  Heck, I'm on their mailing list for announcements - why didn't they send an announcement when they put the preorders live?

Just hope they aren't going to screw over the folks who already have orders in for prior-gen singles and want to convert.

Order #1823... wow, 150 orders between go live and now.  I'm WAY back on the list.  Sad

I think just placing the order gets you your place in line.

I'm pretty sure your place in line is only set when they confirm the receipt of your payment.

^this as confirmed by BFL int he thread they made jsut about the topic of these new units. They explain that and some other things people still seem unsure about....

Guys, i'm starting a fund to hire a private investigator in Kansas. Who wants to chime in? If you're serious, you can send PM my way.

I have a list of private investigators, but we can discuss who and how much we should pay.

FYI, private investigator can pull alot more personal records that we can ever be able to. Depend on the fee, even driving infractions can be seen.

I have dealt with a PI here locally b4, its a must have service "sometimes"

paypal offers buyer protection. does bank wire? I've never used bank wire but i doubt it does. I don't like that one bit.

also, tomorrow is Sunday. banks are closed. just fucking great. Just toss me to the back of the line and hang me by my balls BFL.

No protection at all. Bank wire takes time to "clear". Once the fund is cleared, BFL can move it and you get no way to get it back.

@ 2 x 40gh/s

two orders @ 1707 & 1733, you can remove one from that, cause, I did not complete the bitcoin transaction through bit pay, if they give a new address to complete, I might be happy(I am really happy with one though), according to the posts then, the units I receive would be the 50th piece, we have a half century.....now going on to the next piece which would be the 76th one in the line.

As of now, I am offering that if unconfirmed one also gets confirmed, I shall be offering up one for sale. I am not looking at this as profit making chance or anything. At best we will hold a lottery. I expect close to real price and also only minor add-on amount for getting it decently quick to the order table for you.

why isn't anyone offering their line in the queue for some crazy amount, couldn't resist asking that........

just hope I am getting the first one in the Indian Subcontinent......probably possible....

I'm a bit unhappy about the announcement mailing list not being used as well. Why did I bother signing up for it?
