I suppose it worked. I mean I was able to pay the 10% in Noo from my bittrex wallet in 2 separate installments ( I wasn't aware bittrex was taking its commission  from the amount you input to be withdrawn and not from your total balance, meaning if you want someone to receive 1 Noo, you have to send 1.2. I’m not saying this is your fault but maybe you should make your payment gateway window realtime, so it displays the amount paid and the amount still left to be paid, just so you make it Noo-b proof, for the likes of me). Then, I was redirected to a window that said I will be receiving an e-mail, which hasn’t happened yet.

The ICO ended abruptly when 87 BTC sold in a 5 minute window......... the volume had been non-existent until that 5 minute window on December 23rd..... You can look at it yourself if you zoom on Dec 23rd on the trex chart. After I posted this yesterday the proceeded to split the balance. they are withdrawing as we speak.......currently on the two million mark

It is up to you to make what you will out of it. If you chose to believe that the 'huge follower base' behind NOO at the beginning decided to buy up at the same time in a matter of minutes when there had been no prior interest, then go ahead, believe that.

Well of course, everyone knows a huge dump would kill the market.  Right now it's at 4.5 times money paid.  I expect whoever holds that bag will piddle them out as long as there is money to be made.

I just wish the DEVs would be honest with us.

I really wouldn't be worried here. The Dev has been a man of his word ever since the start, I am sure there is a perfect rational explanation.
You see, often when you start your own Biz. you invite friends and family to invest in it.
It can be as simple as that, the dev investing on behalf of friends and family, and now the coins are being split up accordingly to the family members and friends.

In the mean time, thanks for the cheap NOO.
