I have several thousand coin limx. Is the backup wallet Limx way as other coin? I admit my computer sometimes problematic in internet connection, sometimes I fear losing the other coin coin as when there is a problem on the computer. I hope you reply dev

yes the wallet backup is same like other coins....

there are two additional backups systems implemented

first is that in folder .limecoinx/backups are automaticly stored aditional wallet.dat files

second option is to use the inwallet paperwallet generator to print them....or save as .pdf file (linux)

much greetings & nice to see you here  Grin

BTC has nothing like this

It's a COPY-and PASTE from DASH

www.dashpay.io

don't let anybody fool you

Credit of "work done" around here is very hard to come by

I wrote the 'How-to' for setting up a MasterNode, for LIMX but you won't see my name on the Page:
https://github.com/LIMX-SUPPORT/LimecoinX/blob/master/doc/build-masternode.md

That's my work - nobody else's......

your guide is this here http://forum.limx.eu/index.php?topic=10.0

and this is the rewritten guide based on your guide https://github.com/LIMX-SUPPORT/LimecoinX/blob/master/doc/build-masternode.md

i can add your user username in the source, if wished  Wink

-------------------------------------------

isnt that sentence enough of my first post in this thread? just throw in an additional describtion....

LimeCoinX is the Second Generation of LimeCoin a cryptocurrency based in DarkCoin using X11 as a proof-of-work algorithm.
Super secure hashing algorithm: 11 rounds of scientific hashing functions (blake, bmw, groestl, jh, keccak, skein, luffa, cubehash, shavite, simd, echo)

if you read the other informations you can see that we honor evan several times....https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=895425.0

-------------------------------------------

limx is a dash/darkcoin fork https://github.com/LIMX-SUPPORT/LimecoinX

0.11.2.17 Release notes Limecoinx Core 0.11.2.17 is forked off the Dash Core 0.11.2.17. The old limecoinx versions 0.9.1.4 was forked from the Darkcoin 0.9.1.0 tree. The following changes are introduced in this major release.

---------------------------

@babylon99 - to answer correct: limx uses the bitcoin technology, like dash currency, too + uses the additional technology from dash / dark (x11 mastenodes, etc.) in an own fork....the blockchain technology is the same as bitcoin.

doesnt it also need ?
limecoinxd masternode start

..

i never got startmany to work :/

no reason for a price dump  Shocked...dev team is still working on some updates...android app and java wallet in work, too.

i have also updated the masternode guide, to install the latest openssl version on your server...someone able to test that and correct that part?

https://github.com/LIMXTEC/LIMX/blob/master/doc/build-masternode.md

I didn`t say that i want dump, just the price was even lower in view of the current price. I like this coin very much.
