but there is no reward after the expected time.

Staking does not work on time. It works on coinage/coin weight. POS is like mining but your coins are your workers. The more coins you have the more workers/weight that you have to solving a block and receiving the rewards. Leaving you wallet open builds coinage/coin weight and after a period of time they will stake. If there is a green circle with a while arrow in the lower right hand corner then you are staking (mining with your coins). If you hold your mouse over that green circle it will tell you your stake info (weight and time until stake)

TimC, thank you for explaining. I will wait patiently and see how much I received.

Also how long does it take for coins to get to my wallet from bittrex? It says the withdrawal is complete but coins still haven't arrived in my wallet?

That's what I think aswell, trying to bring the price down to gather more coins...  Also noticing alot of people having trouble staking coins,  hope the dev can clarify some issues.

Edit:
has it to do with my weight?

my weight is 2016332
network weight 1117059

(yeah i know i have alot of coins)
it's says estimate time for reward is 49secs

Were you able to fix your issue?

Based on the first 24 hrs of staking, the daily return is around 0.0035%, or 1.25% per year.
This is considerably less than the advertised rate of return. Can anyone please explain?

maybe it is because POW is still active ?
so some blocks are POS and some are POW...

not hashing, folding and curing (check FLDC merged-folding! reuse good GPUs)

So why Pos kicked in and PoW still working? Is wallet broken? It shouldn't be like this.
Dev, any comments?
