Read the OP the dev has nothing to do. They made no promise to do anything. All of the tasks were trying to be outsourced or to be done by the community.

  It was all put on the community to setup the shops. The dev just waited to sit back and let everyone else do everything while his coins gained value so he could sell/dump them on you. Since no one has done anything the dev left. The source is public domain and you can just fork the source and edit it yourself.

I have actually submitted some enquires into starting distribution of same VAPE products. It depends on the costs available from the supplier. I have all the resources, tools and know how to set up and manage a store. Lets see what supplier prices are like first. We didn't pay a premium for the .digital domain for nothing.

Its pretty clear the dev was going to support this. But he looks like a person with irregular activity. Almost all his posts are done on Dec 21, after that he was posting rarely, then the last post on Dec 28, telling he is taking the time out for Christmas, and suggesting us to "come to forums and talk some juice"

There are at least a few miners still mining.  Maybe at least one is the dev accumulating coins during the pow, and will come back in 1 month after it ends.  I can't understand why he would put the time and effort into the coin, website, forum, and social media accounts at launch just to abandon it.

But for now, enjoy the easy mining.  There are still about 2mill coins over the next 28 days to be mined. I've already accumulated a nice chuck, so I will leave these for others to mine.  I will be ready to help promote this coin if / when the dev reappears.  The idea behind this coin is a good one.

Even though its dead, there is still some hopium among hardcore miners who will mine whatever coin with low diff.  Real dead coin will be when nobody will be mining it anymore so it's not the case with vape yet.

Seems nobody here  . Answering to my own question.. I've managed to find a working node from one of the previous posts. So the coin is not completely dead - some working nodes still exist and blockchain is moving. We could even stake . The only small thing we miss.. is the developer
