Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

I'm hoping this is all legit. I had a deal ready and just required an escrow for 1k which he said he had. Then he said he only has 250 now and is waiting on the full 1k which I plan to buy a TV with.

I'm worried about the integrity of the buyer.
I recently sold the BestBuy e-gift card $100 and He told me that the balance of the card was $ 1 ... Unfortunately I could not prove anything, because the card has already been used.
Bottom line: he did not make the repayments. He lied to me. Prove nothing I could because my card had already been sold.
Now I am ready to sell the cards only in that order.
