I prefer NH, because you can act faster. You don't get broken rigs. You get pure hash.
From the other hand, if you know that some rig is good on MRR, you can use it.

I personally use both. Depends on the needs.

At mrr you are actually leasing  real rigs while at nicehash you only lease hashpower.

Mrr is often way cheaper per megahash especially during launches when everybody is Renting...

Choose the one you feel most comfortable  with and have a Look at your invalids at the Pool, they should not be over 3 to 4 %
