Welcome to tbdice.org!

0.5% fee anonymous solo bitcoin mining pool based on ckpool form Technobit

No registration required, no payment schemes no pool op wallets

28-Feb-2015
Testnet pool available
testnet.tbdice.org

We'd like to give special thanks to:

Con Kolivas - Core project lead, maintainer, author of ckpool and libckpool (https://bitbucket.org/ckolivas/ckpool).
Andrew Smith - Maintainer and author of ckdb (https://bitbucket.org/ckolivas/ckpool ). tbdice.org is not using ckdb yet.
Luke Dash Jr and his crew. The "live pool stats idea + some js" were adopted form http://eligius.st/~gateway/.

Configuration:
Just point your miner to: stratum+tcp://tbdice.org:3333 or stratum+tcp://tbdice.org:3334
Set your username to your "version zero" (beginning with a '1' character) btcaddress with any or even no worker extension, and any password.
eg: cgminer -o stratum+tcp://tbdice.org:3333 -u 1BUiW44WuJ2jiJgXiyxJVFMN8bc1GLdXRk.0 -p x
If you enter an invalid address it will be ignored and earnings will be donated to the pool. The warning message will be printed every 30 secs or so in cgminer output screen
Suitable for:
TBDice owners
Large mining farms
Regular miners struggling to recoup costs who wish to take extra risk for greater reward potential for part or all of their hashrate
The last backup for all miners who don't have a solo setup or wish to avoid the overheads of running one
Miners with old/inefficient miners that will never earn any rewards through regular mining that wish to leave it mining as a lottery
Statistics:
tbdice.org currently only displays minimal per user and worker information.
To access this, enter your BTC address at the end of: http://tbdice.org/users/
and your workername at the end of: http://tbdice.org/workers/
Advantages over regular solo mining:
Mining at tbdice.org avoids the overheads of running a full bitcoin node that requires both great storage and bandwidth for optimal performance.
tbdice.org is extensively connected to high speed low latency bitcoin nodes for rapid block change notification and propagation.
Unlike regular pools, tbdice (ckpool) never mines transaction-free blocks due to its ultra-scaleable code which has miners on both new blocks and transactions concurrently.

How it works:
tbdice automatically takes your bitcoin address and gives you a unique stratum connection mining to your own address.
If you find a block, 99.5% of the 25BTC + transaction fees get generated directly at your bitcoin address!
There is no need to worry about passwords, logins, withdrawals, authentication or pool wallet hacks.
You remain anonymous apart from your btc address.
All you need to confirm you are mining to your own address is to examine the coinbase and template sent to you over stratum.
Note that if you do not find a block, you get no reward at all with solo mining.
The pool fee is divided as follows:
0.35% goes to pool BTC address 1BUiW44WuJ2jiJgXiyxJVFMN8bc1GLdXRk to operate the pool
0.15% goes to Con Kolivas BTC address 14BMjogz69qe8hk9thyzbmR5pg34mVKB1e as contribution for his work
Feel free to mine using either pool or Con Kolivas BTC address as username to donate to pool or to Con respectively. You can always transfer some BTC to the mentioned addresses also.

Wondered if you were still alive? Sent back 8 boards and transport-broken fans, they arrived 2 weeks ago at your place, can not get any response, besides a shipping bill from 12-12-'14, for boards that were not even sent to you at that rma request date. Shipping by dhl was 20 Euro from here, do I need to pay back shipping too???

So, if you don't want to handle those rma'd 8 boards, why don't you just say so, instead of ignoring me?

Hi,All,
We are very sorry about some delays and lack of communication last month.
We just moved to new own premises and as far we moved together with our custom machined parts shop it took some extra time and effort.
more than 50pcs  3 tons+ machines were moved.
It is finally over .
Starting tomorrow morning our support Vesi is back online and all questions and requests will be addressed as fast as possible.
Please if you want a refund or did not get your order yet, just send us a reminder to : office@technobit.eu

Our design team is working on a device for recuperation of the mining gear heat back to electrical power.
Our estimation shows that up to 40% energy cost savings can be achieved.
Also our solo pool tbdice.org is going to get new updates

With some of you I discussed this over mail or phone
Again sorry for the inconvenience and thank you in for the patience and  understanding

New features added to the pool

The pool is configured to start you mining at 1024 difficulty.
The pool supports difficulty setting inside your password. The format is: diff_xxxxxxx, where xxxxxxx can be any positive integer value. For example cgminer -o stratum+tcp://tbdice.org:3333 -u 1BUiW44WuJ2jiJgXiyxJVFMN8bc1GLdXRk.0 -p diff_2048 will strat you mining at 2048.
The new diff feature can be used when you are renting equipment which requires higher difficulty setting, or you just want your Ants pool stats to be accurate and so on...
You can use this simple formula to find out your starting difficulty: Instance speed in GH / 1.4. Example for 1T would be 1000 / 1.4 = 714.28 which equals to -p diff_714. Unless there is no particular reason please do not set your diff inside password string. The pool auto adjusts per instance difficulty to maintain a share rate of approximately 3 shares per 10 seconds.

LOL
There is someone on testnet solo pool keen on testnet coins

http://testnet.tbdice.org/blocks.htm

7 blocks so far and 4 blocks belonging to same "person" testnet address.

If testnet miner reads this, i would be glad to know why you are constantly mining tetnet coins.

Thanks
