Are you over the cash out amount of 10,000 satoshis?

This site was taken off the list before for not paying out but there have been reports from users saying it is now paying out regularly again, and I got a payout not too long ago, which is why it was given another chance and re-added to the list.  If it is not paying out again to some people it will be perma-banned from the list.

I tried contacting the owner/operator of the site - CoinLearn - but haven't heard anything back.

I've always had problems with BitVisitor not paying. After each site I click Next and it seems I only receive a payout roughly 50% of the time. Tried it again many months later and the problem was still there.

You already know that transactions with multiple small inputs leads to bigger fees, when you'll later combine those inputs to create the output, while sending coins to someone else.

BitVisitor is one of the longest running and most reliable of that type of earn bitcoin for surfing sites.
I have never failed to get a payout from them.

I agree; earn Bitcoin site rather than free Bitcoin site. This list is for free Bitcoin sites.  Only if their is a lot of positive feedback from the community will it be added to the list in the 'popular earn Bitcoin' category.

It's easy to confirm payouts with sites that use microwallet.

You might want to make it clearer on your page that one can input their microwallet username instead of a Bitcoin address if they choose.
