netlookup.se/free-bitcoins/ actually pays, but less than 0.0001btc so it's not worth it.
edit: looked up, last payment was 16th september. not long ago.

coinaid spinning its wheels, probably out of funds.

BitCrate is empty.

CoinAd is spinning its wheels.  Just showing the 'loading' graphic and never getting to any 'success' message.

I just busted a crate, guess they got a fresh shipment.

Yup, they sent a tweet not too long ago saying they topped it up.

a page on facebook gives free bitcoins

Is this what you are referring to?
0.01 Bitcoins in three easy steps:

1. Please visit www.memorydealers.com  and click the like button.

2. Then visit http://www.facebook.com/MemoryDealers

3. "Like" us,  and post your Bitcoin address for 0.01 BTC for free.

If not could you give us a little more information.

Thanks

can we bribe the bunnies with carrots or perhaps some high energy seed mix or something???  Grin

Aaron

The best way to get a bunny to run fast is to get a pack of greyhounds to chase it.
The bunny always seems to win those races.    Wink

LOL, I'm doing some experiments with high octane carrot juice. see the results here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=108834.msg1198784#msg1198784
Make sure to apply for bunny racing low emission tax reduction.  Wink

Keep those txid's coming. It's interesting seeing the results.      Smiley

Yes sir!   Grin
The announcement of today's payment is here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=108834.msg1201856#msg1201856

All 4 bunnies tested positive for performance enhancement drugs. After a long talk with Bunny Racing Athletic Commission (BRAC), we concluded that all bunnies have still the same fair chance of winning   Wink

I've tried some of these and most seem more of a hassle than they're worth.

If you mean daily bitcoins then yes it seems it is more work now to get more than the base amount. CoinAd you have refresh sometimes like 50x to get second highest price. But others you have just click on favourites/copy paste your bit address and enter captcha sometimes, not much work involved  Grin

But for novices - be aware of payments less than 0.0001 BTC, because recommended fee is 0.0005 BTC per every 1000 bytes of data in tx and when you send your bitcoins somewhere then one input of the tx is about 180 bytes, so for every ~5 received payments the recommended fee is 0.0005 when you finally send the received fractions of bitmills somewhere. Of course you can send with minimum fee of 0.0005 even bigger tx and it may be processed sonner or later, or you can age your coins, but be aware
