DailyBTC.com the scratch off thing looks broken, and appears to be in a rather hard dry spell too. I could not get a ticket to be handed out.
It works for me. At least getting a ticket, I won maybe one time there and it was pretty long time ago.

New option on Daily Bitcoins
Delay payment to minimize transaction fees
You can delay execution of your payments for any period of time and send them later in a bulk to save on the transaction fees, charged by Bitcoin network when you spend small payouts too soon after receipt.
You will be able to execute delayed payments at any time on the Payments page.

Interesting. It is also good for seeing all the payments, including the total, made to a given address you used there.

Daily Bitcoins motivated me to finish my implementation of similar feature at Bitcoiner.net. You can select if you want a payout when receiving prize or schedule payout at http://bitcoiner.net/check. Also you can see your accumulated bitcoins there. And also Bitcoiner has a twitter account now!

I would disregard using that, it is a site, that uses insecure methods of tracking your web where abouts, I would like to point out if you have chrome this would be the better choice https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=84112.0 it is an extension all data is on your computer. Best part all open source you can see that I am not taking advance of you or use methods to that would comprise your web history.

If you're logged in, you can see in the home page if you can request a new payment without clicking anything.
Actually I think a javascript button ( like dailybitcoins "Check eligibility" button ) would be better, then one could check it without having to reload the whole page and having to re-input their Bitcoin address. Something for you to think about perhaps.

Hmm, you don't need to re-input the Bitcoin address, and clicking the "Check eligibility" button and the reload button is pretty much the same thing (the page is extremely light and fast), with the difference that you'll most likely see new ads.

When I do it in firefox, if I am too early the form goes away and a message is displayed: "You already requested free bitcoins Please come back in [ x amount of time ]." When that time passes and I try it again the form comes back and is empty, requiring me to re-input my address. It's no big deal but it would be a little nicer if one didn't need to re-input their address.

You have 2 options for that; 1Bookmark the site link like this https://coinad.com/?a=YOUR_ADDRESS_HERE and you'll have the address "auto-filled". 2Create an account and save your address on the settings, everytime you visit the homepage you'll have the address "auto-filled".
