i have plan to leave for business trip  to the abroad for 3 ~ 4 days next week.
therefore, i can not pay the payment on Monday of nextweek, i can just answer and read your  post with my mobile phone.
so, i will pay the payment of two weeks at once  on Monday  the next next week.

so, next payment will be January 18th. and the Maximum post count will be 70 for a two week.

I don't think there is another reduction, the rates has been like that for a while. You're talking about 35 max post and 0.00021 (for member rank) rates, right? If you look at the rates, it's been like that since the end of december

just maybe, users of this signature is already too much, it exceeded the budget for the campaign, then lower rate and max post,
secondstrade actually not focus on the completion of spam

yea, I think it's just because of the amount of users on this campaign. Personally, I find it a bit low but I can't really join very many other sig campaigns because they want posts in the gambling section, which I usually never even look at.
