i decreased the max post count  from 50  to 40 from now on.
because  there are still so many spammer on our signature campaign.
but the payment of this week will be paid by 50 counts.

OP why don't you remove all spammers I know you have list for spammers. I think that is the way you can control everything. Because its there fault to be spammers. So you can kick off the spammers so everyone or anyone here will not do the same as spammers did. Also for the new comers.

i don't have ability can distinguish spammers and normal users  precisely .

  Then either hire someone who can or close the campaign. It's not difficult. If you hire someone who can do the job properly then all your problems are solved and the forum will be better off because there will be no spammers. If you continue to do nothing you're either going to end up with negative feedback or banned because you cannot continue to pay people to shit all over the forum. I don't care who you employ as long as they do the job if you're unable or unwilling to do it but you need to make some changes pretty fast.

Im the one who checked the posts of his participants for FREE but i already told secondstrade that i cant continue doing it for him since there are too many participants, however i suggested him that dont count games and rounds and local boards coz many of his participants are posting nonsense and only making the max post limit in 2-3 days but still he still want to continue the same rules which is paying the very low quality of posters encoraging them to spam more and be paid. I dont think he really have plans on doing something agaisnt those low quality poatsters as he dont really want to hire paid manager to increase the credibility of his campaign

@op im willing to check again for your campaign if you will exclude games and rounds and local boards or atleast count local posts as half or maximum of 10 post will be counted on local whichever you think is the best

Has he actually said that because if true then he is obviously only concerned with having his advert shat all over the forum as cheaply as possible and will have little to no interest in cleaning up the quality of posts.

True. Op should accept anymore new participants since he cant handle his campaign in the right now, he cant even check the excluded posts from his users and hes just paying for all spammy non constructive posts which gives the campaign bad image here on forum
