and i dont think banned local post is the easiest way, lot of local people that don't spam
even some of them in indonesia or india, please dont think that indonesia or indian people only as spammer
and lot of secondstrade user come from local board here

How can you determine what is spam and what not, if you are not even abled to speak the language the post is made in?
He could be insulting everyones mother right now, how do we know, if we don't speak the language?
Sure, you can keep the local boards, if you get someone who is abled to read there and check the posts, but ya know, that would cost secondstrades.

i dont know the criteria about spamming here, but lot of other people that say indonesian people spam a lot
that's right that i dont understand other language except indonesia and english language

The barrier of language can actually be solved by translation program. I know that those services are far from perfect, flaw-full even, but I think its enough to give the reader the gist of what did the poster talk about.

Not really biased, if only secondstrade follow his suggestion to hire a manager to get rid of spammers he wont recieve the red, hilarious is giving a warning for maybe 2-3months now but still no changes and secondstrade only kick spammers just the time he got red

Because he's a global mod that rating is probably biassed. He wants the best for the forum, and the current situation certainly isn't.
He forced YoBit to do something, and IMO their problems are slowly getting better.
There's no reason to ignore the problems of secondstrade, just because he's helping YoBit to get the upper hand in theirs.
