There is no confirmation, the only message you can get is that you haven't been accepted by them. Check the spreadsheet of 2016. Press CTRL+F and type in your name, this is how I have checked whether I was accepted or not. Today I found my name on the list. Best of luck!

Guys, I still have one question though. What happens when I'll advance to a better rank? Do I have to re-enroll with a new tank in my message or they will automatically change the payout?

when your account get promoted to a higher rank you have to inform mr Secondstrade with your new rank and dont forget to change your signature to the new one

every week early on Monday secondstrade start counting post.So you need to post before his count.you did 10 post after his count so that why you did not get paid last week.this 10 post must carry for next week don't worry and remember you must at least 10 post for get paid every week.no roll over if you post less than 10.thanks
