These are the main problems of a sigmature campaign.

I guess you don't need to judge him for being a low quality poster, since you are not the campaign manager here.
I think it might offend him if you are going to tell him directly that he is not qualified to join.
Better give him some tips that could uplift him.

Is this true? The rate for Hero and Legendary? 0.0046/post and 0.0053 per post. Did you miss one more "0" on those rate?
But if you did not make a mistake, so it will be the highest rate ever and I believe all hero and legendary member will join your campaign

it's a typo, he missed a 0, I received payout (he retroactively applied the reduced payout to the previous weeks payout).

That's why i joined BetBTC, they give 0.0006 per post (for my rank), max 6 per day, which is 42 a week, which is already much higher than this campaign is at current rates, as well as a higher weekly limit, but on top of that you can also use your own referral link, so you ALSO benefit from anyone clicking your referal link.

It's win-win-win.

The only downside is that you need to manually withdraw your money, but oh well, not that big of a deal.

Oh and you need to post in their thread every once in a while, but that's not a real problem either.
