I would like to ask what do you mean by "roll over to the next week" in the sheet?

Because this week I've already reached my quota. Does that mean that I have to start from the beginning next week and my posts this week will not be paid?

It only means that if you didnt reached the minimum post count your posts will be rolled over to next week's and you will be paid by then. It only applies to users who recently joined the campaign

most signature campaign doesnt allow any kind of addition in their participants signature space, anyway can you see someone having some other codes in their signature aside from the one that pays them?

The instructions were clear in the first page. They don't allow you to modify nor remove your signature until you are paid.
What they meant with "not to modify" probably is the answer to your question.

No you are not allowed to put any text under your signature or you will be kicked. But you can put your btc address in text message below your avatar.
