I don't think there is any bank that provides fix amount of interest on btc. One thing that you can do is that you can provide a long term loan on this forum or on btcjam.

I suppose any wallet provider is the equivalent of any bank we will ever have but I'm not sure why you want that...one of the main points of BTC is to abolish the banking gravy train.

Are you want to loan some btc? You can post on this forum or go to btcjam(I'm not sure you can loan some btc easily).
Why bank? Wallet with high security is enough right.

If you're looking for a loan,

try asking for it in the lending section.

Unless you want to lose money, do not loan to people on BTCJam. The identity can be faked and they would do nothing to chase the debt except giving you a useless abritation document. I have lost lots of BTC by investing there.

In that case you can try move some coins into coinbase's vault option.

any Bank of btc i want to deposti and fix amount i want to get rid of gambling !! and want to save money!

I don't quite understand your intent here.
As I gather it, you're not looking for a fixed return on your investment, are you?

You're just looking to HODL on your Bitcoins by keeping away your gambling addiction?
I would suggest you create a paper wallet, put it in a bank locker and forget about it.

If that's the case, I don't think there are any trusted service that does this. You can give it to someone you can trust extremely, like your wife or any close relative.

If you don't trust anyone, simply create a paper wallet, send your coins to it and put the paper wallet in your bank locker.

If you give the control of your coins to a relative, then please use Mycelium Entropy. It works like Multi-Sig Escrow. Give a few relatives a single key...

Put it into cold storage and don't touch it. Either put it in a paper wallet or the wallet.dat onto a USB or something and have the determination not to spend it, but that is entirely down to you.
