Just get WHMCS and sign up for a domain reseller account like resell.biz, set up the WHMCS with resell.biz automation module. That's the cost effective way of doing it, I guess.

The only problem about selling already registered domains is that when someone pay, let's say via Bitcoin - transfer is instant, but how to make a domain transfer instant/auto?
