For instance, if you deposit .1 BTC you may withdraw .1 BTC instantly without problems. Otherwise, the cashout may take some time. Again, you could use this to get withdrawals higher than that: for example if you have .2 in earnings but just deposited .1, you can issue 2 cashouts of .1 and they will be instant.
