Im coming closer to conclude that
Bitcoin is a digital currency making inroads into traditional payment portals. It's time now to get vendors on the payroll train.

A replacement is something entirely different than an alternative.

A replacement is something entirely different than an alternative. If it does ever even come to this, it'll take a long time. Regardless of speculation, I don't see fiat disappearing anytime soon.

And some people believe it will replace fiat...
Only expand, remember there are bazillions of currencies in existance. Working in parallel. Each have it's niche, either beeing locally accepted or universally applicable (as in world's reserve)

not really! I know many ppl bought it for earning big profits. But the most significant advantage of it is its payment network and its fundamental blockchain.

Bitcoin doesn't get the recognition that it deserves. Most people who are part of the Bitcoin community only see it as a way to get more fiat. The fiat is the end goal and Bitcoin is just a speculative means to achieve that. Well folks, Bitcoin was supposed to be more than that. It was supposed to be the first decentralized currency and payment network outside the control of centralized banks and governments. But the people don't care about that. They just care about the dollar bills. Unfortunately, I admit I fit in this category too. We have betrayed Satoshi.

If fiat currencies weren't speculative Forex and other currency exchanges would not exist. Bitcoin is no different... It's as speculative as other currencies except more volatile due to it's unique characteristics and young age. Give it time and you will feel different.

I believe somewhere he's still involved and thrilled with its progression. I mean, for the short time, a completely new technology that acts as a currency, i think we're doing great.

Im coming closer to conclude that
What the hell is this supposed to mean? It's a decentralized currency, and people have chosen to speculate on it as an investment, but it's still a currency at the end of the day.

To many, many....yes
But for many others (including myself) it's a currency with potential. The sooner we rid ourselves of the "investors" the better.

It's designed to replace the current currency, but most people would consider Bitcoin as a investment for people would love more dollars rather than decentration.

Nope I don't think so! The 'investors' want there investment to grow so are helping push retailers and businesses to use it as a way of transmitting wealth. The more exposure bitcoin has the more chance it has of becoming more wide spread.
