If I were you I'd get my Gopro through a proper reseller in my home country and nowhere else.
They are very cranky little machines and you need an unquestionable warranty. I'm on my second replacement. Maybe the 4 will prove to be reliable but I don't think it's worth the risk to save a small amount.
