I agree. Out of all the bitcoin related services I use, the response- and act-upon-time to "tickets" by bitspill is the fastest. It helps that it's a very good product too ^^

Hey umm... Tried to download something with IDM, it failed popped up (can't download files simultaneously) it said but removed the credits from the account as well.

There is no set limit, it will vary based on free space on the server and utilization by other visitors

As of now there is plenty of disk space so torrents seed to 3.0 then get deleted randomly but they remain for at least 14 days.

Try checking you're browser history or bitcoin transaction history.

Unless you hadn't made any deposits in which case a new account wouldn't hurt anything.

I don't believe that's a deposit address, they are all multi sig addresses by https://blocktrail.com and as such should start with a 3.

You are right, that is some other address;

I am unable to find any address starting with "3" I am sure that I made a low deposit like 0.002 BTC as I was only downloading a file like 3 GB or something.

I would continue using the service with the same volume even if you increased to 0.25 $/GB. Above that I would start thinking about alternatives.

Yea,  I may consider that in the future. Currently the website is operating at a loss as you can see in an earlier post deposits don't come in very often. But that should change as the website becomes more known.

However the website is not the only project on the server and as such it's not going anywhere anytime soon. Don't worry about it dissappearing like bitfetch yet.

The new SSL certificate isn't added yet it seems, but if you just add an exception in your browser you can get to the site fine.
