I may well be corrected but isn't the whole point of a captcha that it can't be  solved by bots? Or if it is it'd be pretty hard to do so.

it's pretty easy actually, there are service that provide api, and solve captcha, like deathbycaptcha or 2patcha and many others

but i also need a few other thing to be done other than that, and i'm not a programmer

I stand corrected Smiley

I could probably figure that out. Looks like it just has an api so I'd think not so hard. What other stuff do you need done? I'm pretty busy at the moment but may be able to take a look

The services which provide the API actually have human workers solving the captchas and they're charged on per solution basis. If you can settle for paying a service based on how many captchas you want solved this is trivial to create.

so the bot need to resolve captcha using 2captcha log i, withdrawal and log out, then it need to do another little thing

i can't pay more than 0.25-0.3 for this

For resolving captcha using API you need to pay for X-amount of captchas, so you can't pay fixed rate.
