Since this a speculation subforum, let's speculate. Nothing serious. Just something fun to look back to in one year and say, "Wow, I was off so far!" or "I actually nailed it!". No explanations needed, but if you want to share go ahead.
Here's my totally unsupported guess:
On the 31st of December 2015, midnight BTC1 will trade for $666

$1 or $1000
Or somewhere in between. Looks more towards the $1 range at the current trends.

Sub 200 is not likely to happen as the largest mining pools are not selling and cost of production is around 300 per btc. at $150 all mining becomes questionable, so if that happens btc has good chance to die

I guess $2300. But this is just a gut feeling. I think we might see higher prices before that but return to a lower price later. That being said, a price of $2300 is optimistic, but not that far-fetched if you ask me!

Forgive my petulance and oft-times, I fear, ill-founded criticisms, and forgive me that I have, by this time, made your eyes and head ache with my long letter. But I cannot forgo hastily the pleasure and pride of thus conversing with you.
