but why is the ico address an exchange address? guessing thats its an exchange address because each input is withdrawed separately. unless its that way because you provided refunds?
  

It is not exchange address. At first it has been funded by 4 people, then I sent this funds back to this people coz https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=918578.msg10101510#msg10101510
I said in OP I will return all funds if project will not start. So I did.

I have few Pms already with this. And it's little annoying already.

First of all I don't have it, I have already sent it BACK, please READ carefully thread.

If you wanna help this project, post here. And we will make an escrow to pay trustworthy coder after coin starts.

To make it transparent and clear.

But we need a promotion also.

I don't wanna be a person who garantee not trustworthy person's job. Do not PM me with proposals "you pay me now I will do something later".
I've started this idea with my rep and my word, so I don't wanna be scammed and scam other people, understand it. Thanks.

Oh, I'm tired. This was good idea but seems like nobody needs it. Unless it will happen to everybody (I never wish this to anyone).
I mean peace and peaceful community which spread idea "make love, not war".

I'm not asking anymore. I thought somebody will have interest with this idea and we all can bring this to life.
I think I will close this thread and edit OP if there will be no interest. Coz seems like no one want to help this idea.

I'm not blaming someone, that's why at first I had an idea to collect small funds to pay people who actually can help this from start.
But we has unpleasant situation and I had sent back everything to supporters, coz without coder I can't do this alone.

PS. If someone has an idea or proposal to this idea, please PM me, I'm not going anywhere and will be glad if somebody want to help this project.
